1. Overview and Formation Process

Long Hau Joint Stock Company (LHC) – stock code LHG – was officially established on May 23, 2006, under business registration certificate No. 5003000142 issued by the Department of Planning and Investment of Long An Province.
The company's head office is located at Long Hau 3 Hamlet, Can Giuoc Commune, Tay Ninh Province (formerly Long Hau Commune, Can Giuoc District, Long An Province).
The founding shareholder was Tan Thuan Industrial Promotion Company Limited (IPC).

Key milestones:

  • Nov 19, 2007: Received site approval from Long An People's Committee (Document No. 5861/UBND-KT).

  • Feb 26, 2009: Approved by the Prime Minister (Document No. 289/TTg-KTN) to expand Long Hau Industrial Park.

  • June 11, 2009: Granted Investment Certificate No. 50221000150 by Long An Economic Zone Authority (LAEZA).

  • Sept 1, 2009: Approved detailed planning by Long An People's Committee (Decision No. 2256/QD-UBND).

  • Dec 22, 2009: Granted land lease rights (Decision No. 3402/QD-UBND).

  • Nov 2, 2010: Residential Project Long Hau received Land Use Right Certificate (No. BD 079878).

  • Mar 28, 2014: Long An Province approved the location for Long Hau 3 IP and the resettlement area (Decision No. 982/QD-UBND).

  • July 28, 2016: LAEZA issued Investment Registration Certificate No. 4414381603 for Long Hau 3 – Phase 1.

2. Master Planning & Industrial Orientation

Long Hau Industrial Park was planned under Decision No. 1107/QD-TTg dated August 21, 2006, by the Prime Minister, approving the development of industrial parks in Vietnam through 2015 with orientation to 2020.
It is a mixed-industry park designed to attract clean and low-pollution sectors.

      • Long Hau IP Phase 1: 137.02 ha (est. 2006)
