This project, named The Harmonizer, is located on DX.065 Street, Chánh Hiệp Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, about 3 km from Binh Duong New City via Võ Văn Kiệt Boulevard. The project is also very close to two golf courses: Harmonie Golf Park and Twin Doves Golf Club.

The Harmonie is planned with a scale of 5 towers, each 35 stories high, with a total gross floor area (GBA) of over 186,000 m², providing approximately 1,500 apartments and retail shops on the ground floor. The estimated total investment capital is about VND 2,740 billion.

The project is part of Phú Mỹ Hưng’s strategy to expand its land portfolio into provinces such as Binh Duong, Dong Nai, and Ba Ria – Vung Tau.
