Hanoi Adjusts Land Use Plans for Multiple Districts

The People's Committee of Hanoi has recently decided to adjust and supplement the 2024 land use plans for numerous districts including Ha Dong, Thanh Xuan, Nam Tu Liem, Bac Tu Liem, Ba Dinh, Gia Lam, Me Linh, Chuong My, Soc Son, Thanh Tri, Thuong Tin, Thach That, My Duc, and Ba Vi.

Ha Dong District

According to Decision No. 3965/QĐ-UBND, the 2024 land use plan has been adjusted and supplemented for 6 projects covering a total area of 4.323 hectares.

• Adjusted Land Allocation for 2024:

  • Agricultural land: 1,143.92 hectares
  • Non-agricultural land: 3,793.89 hectares
  • Unused land: 26.42 hectares

• Land Recovery Plan for 2024:

  • Agricultural land: 81.05 hectares
  • Non-agricultural land: 31.25 hectares

• Land Use Conversion Plan for 2024:

  • Agricultural to non-agricultural land: 81.14 hectares
  • Non-residential to residential land: 1.48 hectares

The number of projects and total area mentioned in Decision No. 448/QĐ-UBND dated January 23, 2024 (amended by Decision No. 2019/QĐ-UBND dated April 16, 2024) have been adjusted to 47 projects with a total area of 375.689 hectares.

Bac Tu Liem District

According to Decision No. 3906/QĐ-UBND, adjustments and supplements have been made for 5 projects, and 23 additional projects have been included in the 2024 land use plan, covering a total area of 49.02 hectares.

• Adjusted Land Allocation for 2024:

  • Agricultural land: 525.04 hectares
  • Non-agricultural land: 3,896.58 hectares
  • Unused land: 113.22 hectares

• Additional Land Recovery Plan for 2024:

  • Agricultural land: 34.49 hectares
  • Non-agricultural land: 4.51 hectares
  • Unused land: 0.09 hectares

The number of projects and total area mentioned in Decision No. 2455/QĐ-UBND dated May 7, 2024, have been adjusted to 202 projects with a total area of 1,688.82 hectares.

Nam Tu Liem District

According to Decision No. 3908/QĐ-UBND, the 2024 land use plan for Nam Tu Liem district includes 7 additional projects, covering a total area of 13.29 hectares.

• Adjusted Land Allocation for 2024:

  • Agricultural land: 308.94 hectares
  • Non-agricultural land: 2,907.98 hectares

• Land Recovery Plan for 2024:

  • Agricultural land: 455.79 hectares
  • Non-agricultural land: 2.78 hectares

• Land Use Conversion Plan for 2024:

  • Agricultural to non-agricultural land: 455.79 hectares

The number of projects and total area mentioned in Decision No. 3226/QĐ-UBND dated June 21, 2024, have been adjusted to 139 projects with a total area of 728.74 hectares.

Thanh Xuan District

According to Decision No. 3903/QĐ-UBND, the 2024 land use plan for Thanh Xuan district includes an additional project for an office building for rent, commercial services, and a hotel, covering an area of 0.30 hectares. The number of projects and total area mentioned in Decision No. 420/QĐ-UBND dated January 22, 2024, have been adjusted to 16 projects with a total area of 18.34 hectares.

Ba Dinh District

According to Decision No. 3904/QĐ-UBND, the 2024 land use plan for Ba Dinh district includes 2 additional projects, covering an area of 0.2665 hectares, and adjustments to one project, covering an area of 0.15 hectares.

• Adjusted Land Allocation for 2024:

  • Agricultural land: 1.61 hectares
  • Non-agricultural land: 916.34 hectares
  • Unused land: 2.81 hectares

• Additional Land Recovery Plan for 2024:

  • Non-agricultural land: 0.1880 hectares

• Additional Land Use Conversion Plan for 2024:

  • Non-agricultural land: 0.1880 hectares

The number of projects and total area mentioned in Decision No. 425/QĐ-UBND dated January 22, 2024, and Decision No. 1973/QĐ-UBND dated April 15, 2024, have been adjusted to 56 projects with a total area of 25.0031 hectares.

Gia Lam District

According to Decision No. 3907/QĐ-UBND, the 2024 land use plan for Gia Lam district includes 3 additional projects, covering an area of 2.58 hectares.

• Adjusted Land Allocation for 2024:

  • Agricultural land: 4,249.34 hectares
  • Non-agricultural land: 7,260.33 hectares

• Additional Land Recovery Plan for 2024:

  • Agricultural land: 1,526.45 hectares
  • Non-agricultural land: 342.20 hectares

• Additional Land Use Conversion Plan for 2024:

  • Agricultural to non-agricultural land: 1,365.08 hectares
  • Non-residential to residential land: 76.85 hectares

The number of projects and total area mentioned in Decision No. 617/QĐ-UBND dated January 31, 2024, and Decision No. 2199/QĐ-UBND dated April 25, 2024, have been adjusted to 161 projects with a total area of 2,372.87 hectares.

Thach That District

According to Decision No. 3914/QĐ-UBND, adjustments and supplements have been made to the projects listed in Decisions No. 424/QĐ-UBND dated January 22, 2024, and No. 2092/QĐ-UBND dated April 19, 2024, with a total of 22 projects. The 2024 land use plan for Thach That district includes 2 additional projects, covering an area of 1.461 hectares.

• Adjusted Land Allocation for 2024:

  • Agricultural land: 10,017.94 hectares
  • Non-agricultural land: 8,714.34 hectares
  • Unused land: 20.23 hectares

• Land Recovery Plan for 2024:

  • Agricultural land: 489.58 hectares
  • Non-agricultural land: 0.84 hectares

• Land Use Conversion Plan for 2024:

  • Agricultural to non-agricultural land: 489.58 hectares
  • Agricultural land reclassification: 21.92 hectares

Soc Son District

Adjustments and supplements have been made to the 2024 land use plan for Soc Son district, removing 8 projects from the list with a total area of 49.48 hectares and adding 14 new projects covering 171.71 hectares.

• Additional Projects:

  • 11 projects covering 142.72 hectares (43.8 hectares of recovered land), including 1 project covering 100.92 hectares with 2 hectares of recovered land continued from 2023.
  • 3 projects not requiring approval from the City People's Council, covering 28.99 hectares.

• Adjusted Land Allocation for 2024:

  • Agricultural land: 18,269.18 hectares
  • Non-agricultural land: 12,179.04 hectares
  • Unused land: 103.27 hectares

• Land Recovery Plan for 2024:

  • Agricultural land: 842.43 hectares
  • Non-agricultural land: 42.61 hectares
  • Unused land: 0.45 hectares

• Land Use Conversion Plan for 2024:
