Bình Phước to Auction Nearly 100 Plots of Land, Starting from 1.3 Billion VND

Bình Phước Province will hold an auction for the use rights of 98 plots of land in Lộc Ninh District and Chơn Thành Town this June. The highest starting price is over 6.1 billion VND per plot.

In Chơn Thành Town, Luật Việt Auction Company and Chơn Thành Town Land Development Center will organize the auction for 46 plots of land (LK-5 cluster) on the morning of June 3.

The auctioned plots belong to the Suối Đôi Residential, Urban, and Commercial Service Area in Hưng Long Ward, District 6, Chơn Thành Town. These assets belong to the Chơn Thành Town Land Development Center.

All 46 plots are urban residential land with long-term use. The plot areas range from 125 to 251.13 square meters each.

The unit price ranges from over 16.9 million to over 30.2 million VND per square meter; equivalent to a starting price for each plot from over 2.1 billion to over 6.1 billion VND. The total starting price for 46 plots is over 135.9 billion VND. The deposit is 20% of the starting price of the asset.

Auction documents will be sold and registration for participation will be accepted until May 31 at Luật Việt Auction Company; Chơn Thành Town Land Development Center, or the adjacent house at D4 Street, KP 1, Thành Tâm Ward, Chơn Thành Town.

The auction will be conducted by direct voting at the auction; by the method of price increase.

The auction is expected to take place at the Chơn Thành Town Political Training Center, Nguyễn Huy Tự Street, Trung Lợi Ward, Hưng Long Ward, Chơn Thành Town, Bình Phước Province.

Also at the same auction location, 19 plots of the Chơn Thành Town Land Development Center will continue to be auctioned in collaboration with Luật Việt Auction Company on the morning of June 7.

These 19 plots are all urban residential land with long-term use; belonging to LK-7 cluster of Suối Đôi Residential, Urban, and Commercial Service Area, District 6, Hưng Long Ward, Chơn Thành Town.

The plot areas range from 113.31 to 193.76 square meters each. The unit price ranges from over 15.8 million to over 22.8 million VND per square meter; equivalent to a starting price for each plot from over 2 billion to over 3.8 billion VND.

The registration period for the land auction is until the end of business hours on June 4 at Luật Việt Auction Company; Chơn Thành Town Land Development Center, or the adjacent house at D4 Street, KP 1, Thành Tâm Ward, Chơn Thành Town.

The auction will be conducted by direct voting at the auction, at least 2 rounds until no one continues to bid; by the method of price increase.

In Lộc Ninh District, on the morning of June 7, Bình Phước Province Asset Auction Service Center and Lộc Ninh District Natural Resources and Environment Department will organize the auction for 33 plots of land.

These auctioned plots are all urban residential land with long-term use; belonging to the residential area on Nguyễn Văn Cừ Street, Ninh Thịnh Ward, Lộc Linh Town, Lộc Ninh District.

The plot areas range from 187.2 to 262.6 square meters each. The starting price ranges from over 1.3 billion to over 1.9 billion VND per plot.

The time for selling documents and submitting bid slips is until 5 PM on June 4 at the Lộc Ninh District Natural Resources and Environment Department.

The auction will be conducted by indirect voting, by the method of price increase. The price announcement session will take place at the Lộc Ninh Town People's Committee hall, Lộc Ninh District.
