According to Navigos Search, foreign professionals and engineers in Bình Dương earn monthly salaries ranging from $8,500 to $34,000 (equivalent to VND 200 million to VND 800 million). This presents a significant investment opportunity for real estate developers to provide high-end housing products with modern amenities to cater to a clientele that demands high standards of living.
Amid the gradual recovery of the Vietnamese real estate market, many investors have recognized the "double profit" potential of rental projects in Bình Dương. These profits come not only from stable short-term rental income but also from long-term asset appreciation. Bình Dương is one of the few localities in Vietnam capable of offering investment opportunities with both good liquidity and long-term asset growth potential. Mr. Minh Tân, an investor from Ho Chi Minh City, has shifted his investment focus from owning high-end apartments in the city center to rental real estate projects in Bình Dương. He also noted that investing in Bình Dương allows him to capitalize on the region’s development, especially as FDI continues to flow into industrial zones.
Similarly, local investor Mr. Trần Lễ from Bình Dương has placed his confidence in investing in projects with strategic locations near the center and well-connected infrastructure to major industrial zones. According to Mr. Lễ, ideal living conditions must include not only internal amenities but also a safe, quiet environment suitable for the families of foreign professionals. Real estate projects with good connections to commercial, administrative, and recreational areas tend to have superior value growth potential, making them attractive to tenants and offering long-term investment profitability.
