Recently, the Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee issued a comprehensive plan to implement compensation, support, and resettlement activities, while also accelerating the construction of modern service roads and parallel roads for the project. According to the roadmap, large-scale land clearance operations will be simultaneously deployed across 16 strategic “hotspots” in Ho Chi Minh City and surrounding areas, including:
To ensure transparency, fairness, and “rapid-speed” progress, authorities have established a structured 20-step compensation process. This process is strictly monitored from the initial land acquisition stage to the final management of cleared land, ensuring readiness for construction.

With this decisive push, Ring Road 4 is expected to be completed sooner, creating a major breakthrough for regional transportation infrastructure and economic development.
