Vietnam Expo 2024 Attracts Nearly 500 Businesses 

Vietnam Expo 2024, the 33rd Vietnam International Trade Fair, officially opened in Hanoi on April 3rd, drawing participation from nearly 500 businesses from 16 different countries and territories. In his opening remarks, Minister of Industry and Trade Nguyen Hong Dien emphasized the importance of organizing trade promotion events like Vietnam Expo amidst the current global challenges, helping businesses to promote their products, expand markets, and boost sales.

Marking its 33rd year, Vietnam Expo has become one of the largest and most significant trade promotion activities in Vietnam's industry and trade sector, creating substantial economic value and providing practical opportunities for the business community. This year, the fair attracted nearly 600 booths, a 20% increase from the previous year, from both Vietnamese and international businesses.

A new feature of Vietnam Expo 2024 is the continuation of B2B trade connection activities on an online platform after the fair concludes, expanding interaction with businesses and trade organizations remotely. Information, images, and videos of the businesses will be posted on a digital platform, allowing direct interaction with visitors throughout the year.

Vietnam Expo 2024, taking place from April 3rd to 6th in Hanoi, focuses on showcasing main products from 5 sectors: Vietnam export promotion & investment area, international area, electronics and machinery equipment, digital technology and e-commerce, and the food industry.
